	Susan strives to be a leader in the residential property management field. She has over 20 years experience in Real Estate Administration and more than 20 years experience in residential property management including rental property maintenance, showing available homes for rent as well as advising investment property owners. Susan was the 2007 NARPM Denver Chapter president and has been an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 1973. She was the 2009 and 2010 NARPM National Professional Development Committee Chair. There are over 3,000 members of NARPM nationally managing single family rental homes. Susan has been awarded the MPM (Master Property Manager) designation by NARPM. Fewer than 100 property managers nationwide and only one other property manager in the Denver area hold this prestigious designation. It is reflective of the professional commitment made to the rental home industry by the recipient. Susan is a member in good standing of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors. She is a Colorado native and enjoys hiking, biking and golf with her husband, two daughters and their families.

	Barbara uses her years of property management experience to expertly handle monthly and annual accounting, service requests managed rental homes as well as homes listed for rent. Additionally she occasionally acts as a leasing agent showing available homes for rent. Barbara is a member in good standing of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors.

	Rhonda takes the difficult job of maintenance coordinator and makes it look easy. She expertly coordinates our rental property surveys, preventative maintenance and work orders. In addition she oversees all available rental home make ready work. She is married with three children and enjoys supporting her children in their activities and helping her husband make a delicious bar-b-que sauce.

	Karen is our leasing coordinator handling showings of available homes for rent, rental home lease renewals, rental home lease violations and she heads up our newly formed real estate sales division, Assured Sales. She is married with two children and is a Colorado native who enjoys the arts, mountain getaways and supporting the professional Colorado sport teams. Karen is a member in good standing of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors.

	Christina is our residential rental property office assistant and it the newest member of our AMI Rental Property Managment Team. She answers incoming calls, set up showings at properties available for rent and greets visitors as well as filing, copying, scanning and all the other details necessary to keep our team organized. She is married with two children and enjoys crocheting beautiful baby blankets.
